How many batteries were in that vase?

Posted Wednesday March 3, 2021

Congratulations to Vivienne Mountney, winner of our Invercargill clinic’s competition for making the closest guess.

Vivienne was delighted to win a brand new pair of rechargeable hearing aids, and super excited to no longer have to use batteries. She had been making do with 6-year-old, battery-operated hearing aids. Another plus for her is being able to adjust her new aids direct from her cell phone. Thank you to the competition sponsor, Oticon, for donating the aids.

Thank you for your feedback

Congratulations to Diane Parata, winner of our Christmas hamper. And thank you to everyone who filled in our client feedback survey. You told us we’re a friendly team and give good service, and we will be addressing your suggestions at our next staff customer-service workshop. Your responses help us improve our services and facilities.
