*Terms and conditions
Offer provides eligible customers with almost invisible, instant fit in ear (CIC) hearing aids at no device cost, when the full device price is covered by the New Zealand Hearing Aid Subsidy. Assessment, fitting and follow up service fees may apply. To qualify, clients must be eligible for the NZ Hearing Aid Subsidy, have unused subsidy entitlement, or alternatively choose to self fund any portion of the device cost not covered by their remaining subsidy. They must also be clinically suited to a discreet in ear device, and complete the subsidy application process, which is subject to government approval. Clients must attend all required follow-up appointments to complete the fitting and validation process. Failure to attend appointments or finalise the fitting may result in the subsidy being unable to be processed. In such cases, the full private cost of the hearing aid device(s) may be payable. Included are eligible almost invisible CIC hearing aid device(s), standard domes/sleeves, standard manufacturer warranty, and initial device configuration. Exclusions include hearing assessments, fitting fees and follow up care, custom earmoulds, accessories (e.g., batteries, chargers), and extended warranty or loss/damage cover. Diagnostic assessments may incur fees. The promotion is offered at Audiology South clinics and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Funding is subject to government guidelines and approval. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
