We are open for click-and-collect
From Wednesday 1 September, our clinics are open for click and collect services.

We can now provide a Level-3 service, so if you need hearing aid batteries or consumables – filters and domes, drying accessories etc — contact your local clinic on 0800 547 836 to put in an order, and we’ll then let you know when the order is ready to collect.
We can also help with hearing aid repairs and replacements. So, if your aids need repairs or adjustments, drop them off at a clinic. Please note, our opening hours may be different to usual so please call in advance to confirm the team will be available to help. Our clinicians will also be available to help troubleshoot hearing aid issues via phone or email.
All orders are contactless, so you’ll pick them up at our clinic doors. All payments are contactless, so must either be made by payWave or internet banking. We cannot accept cash.
