Season’s Greetings! Meri Kirihimete!

We’d like to thank all our supporting customers for a great year of business, making our year a success.

Posted Wednesday December 7, 2022

Some highlights of the year have been the new technologies that have come onto the market, including the popularity of rechargeable hearing aids, which not only benefit hearing aid users but are also good for our environment!

Although many industries have been heavily impacted by supply chain issues, luckily audiology has seen few disruptions with most products widely available without supply issues. It’s been great to help many new people into Lyric — the 100% invisible hearing aid solution — and many of our clinics in Otago and Southland now offer this solution.

We’re really excited about 2023 and the challenges and tech innovations the new year may bring. We’re also underway with our planning for a new clinic in the Otago region, so watch this space!

Christmas hours

Our friendly, helpful, expert team deserve a well-earned break, so all clinics will close at 2:30pm on 23 December. Invercargill and Dunedin will reopen on 4 January, and all other clinics will be reopening from Monday 9 January.

Please call 0800 547 836 to confirm if your nearest clinic is open in early January. Season’s greetings; we look forward to seeing everyone in the new year.

So, until we pick up again in the New Year, enjoy this last edition of Sounding Board for 2022. May you all have a great festive season and we hope you enjoy some special times with family, friends and loved ones.

Ngā mihi nui.
